Distinct schools of thought yield insights into human-environment interactions. A case study on the greenhouse tomato plant crisis in southern France.

The SETER project (Socio-Ecological Theories and Empirical Research) analyzed how different schools of thought approached human-environment issues and using the case study of the white-fly invasion in southern France Greenhouses, a paper by Bousquet and colleagues identified a common conceptual vocabulary focused on elements of change (Power, Incentives, System, and Adaptation - PISA).
