Agricultural systems nourish us but they also pose a threat to the environment that we are critically dependent on. My current research looks at phosphorus flows in agricultural watersheds of Quebec and examines the landscape features that impact phosphorus accumulation in certain watersheds. More generally, I am interested in agricultural landscape dynamics, food systems, and resilient agriculture.

I am interested in how we can transform our food systems to be more sustainable and just, and how resilience thinking can help us achieve those ends. I am also interested in socio-ecological transformation, and how scenario building can help us understand pathways towards a positive future.

Key research Interests: agriculture, food systems, landscape ecology, resilience, socio-ecological systems, systems science, transformations
