The Sêr Cymru National Research Network for Low Carbon, Energy and Environment (NRN-LCEE), in partnership with the Royal Society of Biology (RSB) is organising a workshop on Resilience in its widest sense.
This workshop takes place Wednesday 18 May 2016, at the SSE Swalec Stadium in Cardiff.
The aim of the workshop is to provide a platform for interdisciplinary and collaborative thinking on resilience. We aim to explore the concept inspired by contributions from speakers from a diverse range of disciplines: Ecology, urban and economic resilience, environmental change, disease and antimicrobial resistance, as well as social and psychological views on resilience.
This workshop is aimed at a general audience including students, researchers, policy makers and industry.
The workshop is free to attend but pre-registration is mandatory. Places are limited and participation will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
